What does the component do?

  • It displays the status messages of the system.

When should the component be used?

  • To directly display messages where no interaction is required from the user.

Rules

  • The toast only contains the text, no actions, links etc.
  • The text can be a maximum of two lines.
  • The toast is shown centred on the bottom screen edge.
  • The toast then disappears automatically again.
  • The display duration depends on the length of the text.
