What does the pattern do?

  • Helps with the input if writing a prompt would be too complex.

When should the pattern be used?

  • To simplify complex prompts for input.
  • Predefined by the system if the main use cases are clear.
  • In case users want to create templates themselves.

Recommendation

  • Quality over quantity: It’s better to have fewer but optimised parameters.
  • Communicate clearly what the template does, e.g. by showing the generated prompt. This way users can
    still adapt it.
